It’s amazing how much can truly happen to a person in one year. How much they can change and grow. With that said, I will never be done growing, never be done learning, but I can tell I’ve come a long way from where I once have been. So naturally it frustrates me in my fleshly body when someone is not on the same maturity level as I am. I normally do not “vent” on social media but today I’m making an exception only because I hope to educate and put an idea into someone’s head that may never had the thought before. Coconut Oil and its many uses I've been using coconut oil for a long time now and I love it! I use it for almost everything, but my favorite is to use it as a daily lotion. I've noticed my skin is much clearer and more smooth since I've stated lathering it on. I've since used it as a hair mask, massage oil, pulling (swishing it around your mouth to help strengthen teeth and promote gum health), makeup remover base, scrub and substituting it in food.
