Becoming Vegetarian (for a month…)

This year has been such a rollercoaster for Eric and me. Some good, some bad, a lot of happy times but a lot of sad times as well. I know that I say “Eric and I have been through so much this year” and it’s true we have. I’m sure some people are sick of hearing that exact line and are wondering well what exactly have we been through? Well I’m not comfortable telling our story just yet. Maybe one day when it’s all said and in past will I fully explain everything we’ve been through together as a couple but today is not that day. #sorrynotsorry  With the year being as crazy as it was I’ve gained a lot of weight because of it, 40lbs to be exact. I saw myself get heavier and heavier and I was working out, I bought a Fitbit so I could challenge myself daily to get the steps I needed, but my biggest enemy is food. I love food. I love Chicken. Everything Chicken. Because of this and because of the emotional state I’ve been in I’ve over indulged. This isn’t easy for me to talk about. I

2015 Christmas Letter

2015 was a world wind of adventure for us as the new Mr. and Mrs. Eric Piontkowski. Here is our year in a snapshot… January & February were spent booking a DJ, addressing and sending out invitations, arranging the rehearsal and dinner, selecting Groomsmen attire, ordering small items, thinking of decorating ideas and getting nervous that the wedding is only 3 months away! March was a super exciting time as our youngest nephew, Jaxson Frank Pane, was born. We enjoyed visiting him at the hospital when he was just 2 days old. He’s now 9 months old and is just the cutest! We love spending our time with all three of our nephews. I also celebrated my 26th birthday on the 25th! April was right around the corner from the wedding. We spent this month making sure everything was ready to go, our honeymoon was booked, and vendors were paid.
